Picnic at the beach

Why dine indoors when you can eat at the beach? Hygge Home provides a picnic basket which you can use to pack and take your food to the sand, close to the water where the breeze is cooler and embrace those sandy toes.

Nurture the Mind and Body

There are so many ways to take care of your physical, spiritual and mental health while staying at Hygge Home. A yoga mat is provided for you to roll out on the beach, in the room, by the pool, or at the gym when a good stretch is needed. It is also undeniable that the beach is a wonderful place to meditate, because it offers direct contact with the life energy of Mother Nature.

Hit the gym and break a sweat when you don't want your holiday to ruin your fitness goal. There is also a variety of athletic facilities for the sports junkie to burn those calories such as basketball, badminton, squash and tennis courts.

Lounge Poolside (and Beachside!)

There is no shortage of pools to be lounged at Timur Bay Seafront Residence, Kuantan. There is a lap pool, infinity pool, wading pool, open whirlpool, hot spring bath and kids play pool for you to relax, chill and soak up some of that wonderful Malaysian sunshine!

Gather around an open fire

Stand around the grill and cook your favourite food with an icy cold drink in your hand. Can you smell the enticing aroma of the smoked chicken satay already?

Indulge yourself in a sauna

Nothing is more reinvigorating than a deep, healthy sweat every day. Tension fades. Muscles unwind. Mentally, we emerge relaxed, revived and ready for whatever the day may bring- which makes it all the more hygge.

Spend time on the balcony

The epitome of tropical hygge is to have breakfast, watch the sunrise, smell the salty sea and feel the warm breeze from the balcony.

Read a book

Curl up on the sofa and catch up on all that reading that you let slide because of your busy life. Play beautiful music in the background.
